1. Purpose
These terms govern the direct sale, by Rahim Lascony's studio, of unique original works (paintings, mixed media, sculptures) presented on this site.
2. Order
Orders are placed from the work's page. The studio then personally confirms the availability of the work, the agreed price and the payment method before any transaction. An already sold work may remain visible on the site for some time.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. As sales are direct with no intermediary, prices are negotiable: an offer can be made from each work's page.
4. Delivery
Each work is carefully packed by the studio and shipped from Brazzaville by carriers accustomed to works of art. The indicative delay is one to three weeks depending on the destination, worldwide. Exact costs and arrangements are confirmed with the studio at the time of order.
5. Returns
You have 14 days after receipt to return a work, in its original condition and packaging. Contact the studio via the Contact page to arrange the return and refund.
6. Authenticity
Each work is unique, hand-signed by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by the studio, as well as an invoice.
7. Disputes
In case of difficulty, the studio undertakes to seek an amicable solution first. Failing agreement, the applicable law and competent courts are those of the buyer's residence or the studio's base, depending on the nature of the dispute.
